1 Year Warranty [tabs][tab title="Warranty"] This products come with a 1 year warranty. We have a very low defective rate and hope you never have an issue. However, all warranty will be handled as the following: Step 1- Please contract us by email, [email protected] In the subject bar put warranty and explain the issue you have with the product please include your phone number so we can call you back. Step 2- We will tell you where to mail back the defective product and we will test it to make sure it is defective. ( You will have to pay the shipping to return the item.) Turn around time is 1 day once we have the product in hand. Step 3- Once we have confirmed the product is defective we will send you out a brand new part by the following business day. Please note: If its a product that you need a replaced fast and don't want to wait for the process. We can sell you the part that you need, and once we get the defective part back we will refund you the full amount that you paid for new part.
