Step 2- We will tell you where to mail back the defective product and we will test it to make sure it is defective. ( You will have to pay the shipping to return the item.) Turn around time is 1 day once we have the product in hand. Step 3- Once we have confirmed the product is defective we will send you out a brand new part by the following business day.
